    Fifteen years running B2B, agency, and direct-to-consumer growth: demand generation, paid media, CRM, content, the full funnel. That is the half a résumé shows.

    The rarer half is that I don’t just use AI, I build and ship it: production systems with real users and real uptime, engineered from a marketing seat at companies that never put “build AI” in the job description. At ChargeSmart EV that meant a demand-gen strategy that influenced $1.25M+ in signed pipeline, running on a Claude automation harness, an incentive-intelligence platform, and a support chatbot I built underneath it.

    The marketing work makes the engineering credible; the engineering keeps the marketing current. I’m useful when a company needs both.

    Fleet managers usually learn a component is failing when it fails. This reads the maintenance invoices a client already pays and flags the pattern first, with no sensors or hardware to install.

    Parsing with a vision model alone ran $0.50–2.00 an invoice, which does not survive tens of thousands of PDFs. A hybrid Reducto + Claude pipeline, batched 100 at a time, brought it to pennies, feeding a 120+ component health taxonomy and a RAG assistant over the fleet data. Client, product name and site withheld by choice.
